Jack Kraft

Chairman & Senior Advisor

 

As Chairman of Klout Financial Group, Jack Kraft brings more than 35 years of diversified management experience. Kraft was Vice Chairman and COO of Leo Burnett Company for nearly 20 years and retired in 1992. At the time of his retirement, he was a member of the executive committee, chair of the finance committee, and a board member.

 

Next, Kraft joined Young and Rubicam as EVP, Chief Administrative Officer and served as a  member of the Board. For the past dozen years, Kraft has been an active founder, investor, advisor and board member of a number of technology service firms. Kraft participated in the development of a number of Internet-related firms. Among them, Modem Media, a pioneering interactive ad agency that went public, was acquired by Digitas, and is now part of Publicis Group. Two-Way Communications is another such firm Kraft helped to launch. It was later sold to iXL, which went public, became part of Avenue A/Razorfish/aQuantive, and was recently acquired by Microsoft.

 

Kraft regularly consults with a wide range of developing companies on matters of structure, growth, management development and corporate opportunities.

Andrew Sung-Kim

Chief Executive Officer, VIce Chairman

As Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Klout Financial Group, Kim is responsible for executing the strategic plan to advance the company's corporate objectives, while directly managing the operations, Private Client and sales departments.

 

Kim brings years of captive personal, commercial & financial insurance, sales and marketing expertise, and currently pursuing his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation; with a concentration in commercial insurance. 

 

Prior to Klout Financial Group, Kim began his career at State Farm Insurance. Throughout his tenure, Kim climbed the corporate ladder, and later directed and consulted for new agents to secure their permanent contract. Upon his departure from State Farm, he served as the Vice President of Business Development for the Midwest, at Coface, a multi-national trade credit and information services company. 

 

Kim is committed and dedicated to growing Klout into a nationally recognized Private Client, Financial Services Brokerage by 2025.
